Infusion Center - Broadway Hefner

Our infusion center located at our new Broadway Hefner Office offers a unique and pleasant environment for patients to receive intravenous therapies. Patients return to the infusion center according to individualized treatment plans to have blood work drawn, dressings changed, and medical evaluations by the care team and the physician. To ensure that our patients receive the best care, our nurses review the medication therapy ordered, provide educational tools to the patient to enhance their knowledge regarding the prescribed therapy, and are available to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the course of treatment.

Collaborative care is provided by our team of physicians and our on-site Registered Nurses according to each patient's individual treatment plan. Physicians are onsite to provide additional monitoring and treatment if needed.

How to Make a Referral

  1. Complete the referral form and gather the required supplemental documentation. Submit the information to: C284@Healix.net

  2. Our support team will send an acknowledgment confirming receipt of the referral. We will also contact the patient to let them know that the approval process has begun.

  3. Once insurance approval is received, our support team will notify the referring office, contact the patient to review any financial responsibility, and schedule the infusion visit.

Keeping You Informed

Communication with referring providers is a priority. Any applicable lab results will be sent back to the referring practice, and the practice will receive a progress note following each service appointment.
